[tempo-operator] Can we host the helm chart for tempo-operator in this repo?

Hi,

There is an open issue on the tempo-operator repo #806 for creating a helm-chart for the operator. As we already have the helm chart for tempo-distributed here, would you also like to host the chart for the operator here?
