customization of Loki-stack values.yaml for adding Prometheus scrape conifgs

When I try to add additional scrape configs (for scrapings metrics for target endpoints) in the Loki stack values.yaml the values are not reflecting post deployment and i can't be able to see in the targets section in the Prometheus dashboard.

How to fix this?
