Need a Legend Capability

At present, polystat does not offer a legend. Thus, when people look at a polystat panel they see dozens (hundreds in my case) of different colored polygons (from thresholds), but no explanation of what the thresholds are. I would want the legend to be much like other panels offer. Thanks.
