feature: improved Logs tab that shows volume and indicates changes

The Logs tab is not like the rest. The others are filters for the logs, the Logs tab shows the logs themselves. We are going to stop the app jumping to the Logs tab after you Include or Exclude, so you can include/exclude multiple items before going to see the impact.
It would be nice to indicate somehow the 'volume' given the filters, and maybe this means the Logs tab gets it's own special UI treatment. When a filter is applied, we may update the volume count (maybe with a slight animation, like the numbers cycling through to the new value) as an indication that something has changed, and there are new results to look at.
