Proposal: Change license to AGPLv3

Hi there,
in order to follow Grafana's licensing change [1], I would also like to relicense the source code in this repository to the AGPL-3.0 License. On this matter, I would like to humbly ask all contributors for acknowledgement.
While I am pinging all contributors sweeped from the commits for this repository, I don't expect everyone to answer. So, I am also conversely explicitly asking for any objections which might come up against my proposal.
