Update the Canonical Website

Are you ready to update the link in the README and the top of the Github page to point to the gh-pages site?

You could just redirect the original site to the gh-pages address.

What do you call "original site" ? For instance, there is already a redirection from https://www.ceremade.dauphine.fr/~peyre/numerical-tour.
