Layout distorted at certain zoom levels

What’s the issue?

For Internet Explorer users only, layout of the content of the page is distorted for any level of zoom that is 100% or lower (for all levels 125% zoom and above, the layout is correct).

Why it matters

For users that have difficulty with their vision or use a screen magnifier, the
distorted layout (which creates additional white space) can make difficult content
to see.

Our recommendation

Ensure that the layout of content is consistent across all browsers and zoom levels.
