Invalid machine type on windows 10

I've been trying to install this API on my windows 10 machine. So far it works perfectly on my mac book and my raspberry pi.
I followed all the instructions but keep getting the following error:
LINK : fatal error LNK1113: invalid machine type 0x1C2 error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio\\2019\\BuildTools\\VC\\Tools\\MSVC\\14.23.28105\\bin\\HostX86\\x64\\link.exe' failed with exit status 1113
What can i do to fix this?
can i get help in installing on my ubuntu 18 ?
