Evaluating on a subset of the Test sequences

I am interested in performing evaluation on a subset of test sequences. My subset contains 39 sequences from the test split and 3 from the val split. I have generated a single .zip file to upload on the evaluation server. However I do not see results updated in my submissions. Is it possible to perform evaluation on a subset of sequences, instead of all 180?
All help is appreciated.
