uMatrix 1.3.3b8 Firefox 61.0a1 (2018-03-15) (64-bit) old setting rae OK, not possible to change from dropdown

After last update, almost two days the uMatrix itself is working perfectly, but after pressing button, all options in drop-down menu are inactive. It dos not react to any clicks. The same issue with the last stable release.
My settings from the more section (never changed by myself):
