Problem with popup after drag&drop'ing tabs out of a window and in again

• Firefox Version: 58.0.2
• Operating System + Version: Linux Ubuntu 16.04

Actual behavior

If you drag&drop a tab out of a window (which creates a new window) and after drag&drop the tab created in the new window back into the original window, only the first party cell and the first domain is shown.

Expected behavior

It should be as usual and show all domains and data.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new tab and a website in it which has more than the first party in umatrix popup
2. Drag the tab down from the table bar so that it opens in a new window.
3. Hold the tab in the new window and drag it back to the main window
   (3.1 Reload the tab)
4. Click on the umatrix icon to show the popup

You will only see the first party cell and the first domain. You cannot fix this with a tab reload.

The following happens only occasionally, rather rarely

1. Install the Temporary Containers Addon (Temporary Containers Version: 0.63)
2. Open a new temporary container and a website in it
3. Pin the tab
   (3.1 Reload the tab)
4. Click on the umatrix icon to show the popup

You will only see the first party cell and the first domain. You cannot fix this with a tab reload.
