Rendering problem with Turkish 'ş' letter when font-weight change

'ş' letter looks smaller than 's' when lower case. It's basically 's' with tail. I'm facing this problem in my own web application which uses Roboto via CDN. And also facing on Gmail.

- When not selected normal font-weight
- When selected bold font-weight(700 exact)
