Wrong glyph components for /Ebrevecyr

Ebrevecyr at U+F524 has a diaeresis instead of a breve; cf. ebrevecyr at U+F525 which has a breve. The current Ebrevecyr glyph belongs at U+04EC CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER E WITH DIAERESIS.
