Licence examples causing hits on FOSSA.com

The licence examples on these two lines I believe should be removed or refactored to not name the licences specifically.
To me that seems like a bug in that scanning tool. To me it should not be scanning more than that licence header. These files are generated from proto sources so they can't be updated directly.
I agree the majority of cases will have a licence header and no more. Whilst not the norm, having more than one licence per file is possible and I'd like to push for the removal of the examples in the proto sources.
FOSSA has implemented a change to resolve the issue.
