LogTiming doesn't track anything

Hi,
I've been trying to use LogTiming method to track my load time but it's been a week now and it seems the analytics either doesn't get reported properly cause the analytics data never shows up on my Google Analytics page.

I've made sure that I pass the information and values correctly on LogTiming but it doesn't seem to track or report anything.
Is there a bug on LogTiming method?
