installed grr server in ubuntu successfully but can't open it

Hi Malik! Which OS (type and version) are you installing GRR on? Is it a container or not?

yes ubuntu 20.04.1 installed in virtual box

Per https://grr-doc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installing-grr-server/from-release-deb.html?highlight=ubuntu#installing-from-a-release-server-deb-recommended, GRR server debs are built for Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic (x86-64). Could you please try using Ubuntu 18?
