Question about generating an XML Report

I've consulted the entire document you provided and haven't found the meaning of 'errors' in 'XML Report' which is described in advanced.md,can you help me clarify what it means?
Interesting. As far as I can tell, errors was a field added in 2013 and has always been set to zero in all output formats. I think it means nothing. I'll investigate further and hopefully remove it entirely.
