Warning: Validation failed #1562

TL;DR
When you change the realm and then select "Users" in the dropdown menu, I see "Warning: Validation failed".
This issue is not consistent,buts its seen after 19.2 update in integration environment.
Expected behavior
Users should be listed
Observed behavior
Instead of listing the users, get a notification that "Warning Validation failed"
Reproduction
- Went to "Change Realms"
- Selected realm
- Clicked on Users
