Error with script (gcloud ...): ./220-config-acm

When running the script: ./220-config-acm, the gcloud command to apply the config-management.yaml fails.
This step is needed to register the acm configuraiton with the microservice8 cluster.
ERROR: (gcloud.alpha.container.hub.config-management.apply) Only "applySpecVersion: 1" is supported. To use a later version,please fetch the conf
ig by running
g3cloud alpha container hub config-management fetch-for-apply
Please specify a work around of update the config-management to use spec version 1
