Missing Google Maps UI in emulator extended controls

There should be a Google Maps UI in "Location" part of an emulator extended controls, but instead, there is an old "pre google maps" ui with gpx support.
Are there any plans to introduce that feature to M1 android emulators?

I'm using the latest stable android emulator with android studio arctic fox.

I also have the same issue. I'm also using the latest emulator with android studio arctic fox. aarm64 should be able to handle the maps UI. Can we get a comment on this?
