Why forcing to use native?

Recently i installed the android studio preview which comes with arm64 emulator but in my case i want to run Android TV emulator and for that images are not available in arm64.
I tried to switch back to original emulator but it's running darwin-aarch64-replace.sh and forcefully replacing with arm64. Is there anyway to prevent that? Also lots of important things as mentioned in Known Issues so it's better to not force to use this
