Website Missing FAQ Under Resources

Describe the bug
In case if a user wants to see FAQ For Federated Learning you cannot expect them to search and then find it. Rather provide in the left navigation. This is missing in FL Page documents making it not user friendly.
Expected URL to be mapped - TFF FAQ
Expected behavior
Similar to the Page TF Mobile & Edge using this URL - TF Mobile and on the left you can see Resources. Attached screenshot below, This behavior is expected in the TFF and map the mentioned URL.
