rogue test creating large number of errant tasks

test: test_dd_file_then_cksum_direct_json (yabitests.rewalk_tests.RewalkTest)

I've disabled the test for the moments, but the dd job is creating 185 tasks 
all doing the same thing. And the cksum runs pretty much straight away. But 
then the dd's continue to churn until the test times out.
