logfile in yabi.conf not honoured if --logfile not passed in on twistd command line

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ensure theres a logfile setting under [backend] in yabi.conf
2. run twistd backend server with no --logfile setting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
logfile setting should be honoured. Its not
