What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select fasta file for human genome (file_name=human_g1k_v37.fasta;
file_size= 2.94 GB)
2. Try to preview using the yabi 'preview icon'
3. Thi results in error message "Sorry! This file is too large to be previewed"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Before starting a process it will be good to be able to confirm that we have
selected the correct fasta file. Would it be possible to use the command 'head
-50' to display the top 50 lines of a large fasta file instead of viewing the
complete file?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
