Advanced editing options disappear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PHP 5.2.0 is used
2. Geo Mashup is active

The usual advanced editing options, including the geo mashup admin map, are
not rendered.

If you have this problem, please try the latest version of WordPress'
cache.php, and let me know if that fixes it.

I have one report that WordPress 2.1.1 fixes the problem, and one report that it
doesn't. If you are experiencing this problem, please try upgrading WordPress to
2.1.1 and let me know the results.

Another report is in that the problem remains with WordPress 2.1.1. I have 
posted <a

temporary
fix to the geo-mashup.php file</a>.

I chose a permanent fix. The location editor will move to the bottom the 
advanced
editing options, and it requires WordPress 2.0.
