onStart does not work when using a Tweener.addCaller

onStart works properly if you use Tweener.addTween, but not if you use
Tweener.addCaller

This has been resolved in the Trunk for "as2", "as2_fl7" and "as3" in revision 
421. I
did not update the as3 swc.
