Spraygen only supports 2-frame .vtf files

As the summary states. I've got several multiple-frame .gif images that I want 
to turn into sprays for TF2 (such as the Quick Brown Fox one in the attached 
screenshot) and none of them have just two frames. This is a very useful 
program and it takes all the headaches associated with sprays away, but its 
usefulness is severely limited by this issue.

this is a limitation of the spray file output format.  it can only be so big, 
or servers will refuse to accept it.  at 512x512, you can only fit 2 frames in 
or the file gets too big.

try reducing the height/width by selecting 256x256 or lower, and you can fit 
more frames in.
