Sprays uploading to outdated directory

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload image
2. Image is installed in outdated logos/ui folders
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sprays should appear in the logos folder in the correct directory.
(Steam/SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/materials/vgui/logos)

Sprays are instead uploaded to the following:
Steam/useraccount/team fortress 2/tf/materials/vgui/logos

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.4 / Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

Conversion still works fine - it's just a hassle to copy/paste into the correct 
directory.
