Second HDMI on Raspberry Pi 4B not sending signal after installation

installed LCD-show, everything works on the HDMI output renders to screen. However the second HDMI display port no longer outputs any signal.
Swapping wires makes other display work fine (ie render). I am using a monitor as a second display with out a touch interface.
