The athens-proxy chart's appVersion was updated without a change to the chart's version

#77 updated the appVersion of the athens-proxy chart to v0.14.1 without creating a new chart version. 0.12.0 was created by #75 and had appVersion v0.14.0. If you check the index of the helm repository, the original release with appVersion v0.14.0 is still listed and the v0.14.1 version is not available.
