Perks not working

Several perks seem to not work. I tried using Resilience and Healthier Heart as starting perks, but they do not seem active. I also tried activating via the 'P' in the other Perk menu, which didn't work. (I could get none of the 30 Perks menu to work)
To find out if it is a general issue, i activated Boomerang Spells and Bouncing Spells as starting perks, which worked fine (and i also got an icon from these).
Using the latest Noita and released mod version. No other mods running.
I just noticed that Boomerang Spells and Bouncing Spells are from the base game. So i guess all your custom Perks aren't working.
Alright, apparently none of the perks are in your latest release. Like, the lua files are just completely missing. Using the master code they are there.
Not sure if that is intentional on your part.
