SBOM replicated to destination Harbor is not deleted for the first time when triggering SBOM manual generation

This issue is related to:

When an SBOM is replicated to destination Harbor, it is not deleted for the first time clicking GENERATE SBOM button, while SBOM accessories of sbom.harbor are deleted for subsequent clicking on GENERATE SBOM button.
