Generate SBOM button not showing properly for Unsupported Artifact

If you are reporting a problem, please make sure the following information are provided:
Expected behavior and actual behavior:
After click Genrate SBOM button for unsupported type artifact, other supported should be able to select to Generate SBOM.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Step1 Using notation signing a image, it will push an index image with the signature inside it.
Step2 Select index image and click Generate SBOM, no request sent and no status showed
Step3 Select a supported image and the Generate SBOM button would grey out and unable to click until I refresh the page
Versions:
Please specify the versions of following systems.
