Carousel Number Setting. Change S M L XL give us Numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The carousel block doesn't have a setting for selecting slide numbers.
There are S M L Xl options. Not specific enough.
Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of using T-Shirt sizes, there should be a number field or number slider there
so we can select 1 2 3 4 5 6 whatever.
Describe alternatives you've considered
none.
