Hard time picking up twitch rewards.

I already picked up seasonal rewards but can't claim the twitch ones. Read to start the game in offline, tried that, and the cursor would just stop at 100% after holding it, but not collect it (can see them but can't collect even if it says its available), tried restarting the game and going online but then they just didn't show up. Am I doing something wrong or was it patched?
SOLVED (well kinda)
What was causing an inability to get anything from quicksilver synthesis companion was going into discovery tab and enabling everything(well probably every Product but it's to be tested).
It may make the game think that you already got it, hence the inability to get it again, although it glitches at the same time making items look as if they are available
