YubiKey-based authentication option missing in the Settings

- Yes, I have checked and my issue is not related to the game updating and plugins not working correctly.
What did you do?
I followed the XIVLauncher Physical Authentication guide. On Step 2, the checkbox option for 'Enable YubiKey-based authentication' is not present and I'm unable to proceed with the YubiKey setup.
