Demeter hangs on 'Starting work'

There is no further output. I have tried this with multiple different hosts (removing previous one each time), nothing.

I know this is over a year old, but just wait a bit longer. Especially for larger libraries, it could hang on "Starting work" for a few minutes before it starts.
