Documentation link of the main project page is wrong

The link in README is correct, but the link on the GitHub page (top of the right sidebar) still leads to defunct gnocchi.xyz
This should either be corrected or removed completely to not confuse people.
For comparison, gnocchi repo on GitHub has it removed.
Unfortunately I don't have access to change that. @jd can you removes that link or update to correct link whatever you prefer.
