Automatic Updating of Note's Title in References

Describe your feature request
When referencing another note B within a note A using [[]], if the title of note B is modified, the reference in note A does not automatically update.

Could you add a feature that allows for the automatic updating of titles in references?
It would be highly efficient and convenient, especially when note B is referenced in many other notes.
