Obsidian-style callouts extension to block quotes

Describe your feature request
Obsidian's markdown flavor supports adding a tag on the first line of multiline > block quotes to render the block with callout styling. I think this adds a ton of visibility on rendered documents, and it's generally the only thing they add to their markdown parser I'm a little jealous of.

Here's a callout block.
It supports Markdown, [[Internal link|Wikilinks]], and [[Embed files|embeds]]!

It looks like this might be coming to cmark-gfm on it's own - Github docs has the feature now: https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/writing-on-github/getting-started-with-writing-and-formatting-on-github/basic-writing-and-formatting-syntax#alerts
