Outline based on Markdown headings

Describe your feature request
Introduce an outline or catalog panel according to the markdown headings in the document - basically replicating this feature from Typora.
Additional context
I'm on both MacOS and iOS. This feature would make most sense on Mac or iPad given the screen space required.
