Publish open changes?

Hi.. wouldn't it be a good idea to actually publish the changes since 2.0.0? It's been a year and the toString(0) thing really breaks things.
@hughsk @mikolalysenko could you guys pls share npm access? That blocks development of gl-components with the latest node, unfortunately. There is an outdated version in npm right now, no way to use babel with glslify.
@dy I don't have access to this one atm :')
