Party identification review

Current scheme appears too simplistic and inextensible.
Ideas:
- Entity identification through third party market platforms (Taobao, eBay, Alibaba, stock market / off-market ATS/CES/OTC trading systems, etc.)
- Government issued identification (corporate registration information, personal identification information such as shenfenzheng, passports, etc.)
- Community-sanctioned identification (cryptographic or otherwise, eg. membership of a community, established trust relationships)
- Self-assigned identification (possibly permanent, possibly temporary or single use, potentially cryptographic, etc.)
