Ability to move video pop-up window

Pitch
When playing a video and going to another post, the video continues to play in a pop-up window in the lower right corner.
I think it would be useful to be able to move this window freely.
Motivation
The media obstructs some parts of the columns - at least in advanced mode.

This does not fully address your request, but note that you can have the pop-up player appear in the left corner, which is usually less busy if you use advanced mode. You can do that from the “Media” tab in the glitch-soc app settings.
