Datasette integration

It would be cool if we could add a command or something that would automatically load all the stored data (or maybe some subset, but that's a stretch goal right now) into a Datasette DB and then start the Datasette server locally and open a web browser. We could just shell out to the relevant commands, or use their Python APIs (since we're in Python here).
