Space and Enter open file explorer

After opening the file explorer in the demo scene, pressing the spacebar opens the file explorer again. This does not happen if I click away from the app and then back on the app, but I do not understand why the spacebar is opening the file explorer. This makes it impossible to map the spacebar to other functions.
Note: the same occurs when pressing enter.
