Assembly System.Drawing not found (Win x86, .NET 2.0)

My Unity version give me only the .NET 2.0 option to any project, and i'm having this Argument Exception on my project while building. I tried to fix that problem with the solutions that i've seen in the issues topic but nothing happen. :(
Try copy "Unity Editor Folder"/Mono/lib/mono/2.0/System.Drawing.dll to Plugins folder
