Adding moveToFront & moveToBack functions

Hey!
What do you think about adding those functions to the lib ? http://stackoverflow.com/a/14426477/649896
d3-selection now includes moveToFront and moveToBack as raise and lower: https://github.com/d3/d3-selection#selection_raise
