Try to find config file and ignore file in current directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To use a custom config file or an ignore file, the user must explicitly tell gitleaks where to find these files through parameters. If these parameters are not used, defaults are automatically used.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the config and ignore parameters are not used, search the main directory (not subdirectories) and possibly .github/linters for gitleaks.toml and .gitleaksignore files. If files are not found, use the default config.
